Helping People Live Independently Through Person-Centred Support and Community-Based Living.

Through our wide range of supported living and residential care services, we support people living with sensory impairments and empower them to lead full and independent lives.

We recognise that each individual needs varying levels of support in order to live the life they would like to live. That’s why we create bespoke support plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We listen to the people we support and work in partnership with them to create person-centred care plans that meet their goals and expectations.

Our staff receives training to ensure they feel confident in supporting people with sensory impairments and other associated complex needs. When required, we work closely with community teams to ensure each person in our homes receives the skilled sensory support they need to achieve positive outcomes in their lives.

Our Residential and Supported Living Services

Since we support a wide range of ages and abilities, each  home has its own distinct character and personality. We work with the people we support and their families to help them find accommodation options that match their needs, goals and preferences.

In each of our warm and welcoming homes, the people we support enjoy their own rooms and can choose for themselves how to spend their time. This allows each individual to make their own choices about how they wish to live with the reassurance that a helping hand is always available.

We create bespoke living environments that are adapted to meet the needs of the individuals that live there. This can include using the appropriate lighting, contrasting colours, assistive technologies or sound dampening environments – anything that enables people with sensory impairments to best live an independent lifestyle.

Our approach is guided by the principles of “person-centredness”. This means the support we provide is always personally tailored to the specific needs and wishes of each person we support.

Day-to-Day We Offer a Range of Services and Activities Including:
