Learning Disability Support

Our goal is to create a safe, happy and enriching environment for people with learning disabilities. We believe that with the right support in place, a full and independent life is possible for everyone.

In our community-based homes, our dedicated staff works hard to promote personal growth and social interaction. We encourage the people we support to learn new skills, build meaningful relationships and achieve positive outcomes in their lives.

We know that people with learning disabilities often have overlapping support and health needs, so we offer a range of flexible residential and supported living services. This ensures every individual has access to the tailored support they need, when they need it.

It is our privilege to watch the people we support achieve extraordinary things as we empower them to lead their most fulfilling life.

Our Quality Standards

We are very proud of the high levels of support our services provide. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our outstanding outcomes and improvements to the quality of life of all the people we support. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commision and are proud to have achieved an outstanding CQC rating not once, but twice in a row for one of our services. Two of our other services have received an outstanding outcome in one of the five areas as well

Our Specialist Support Services

For people with more complex support needs, we can provide greater levels of specialist support. In our comfortable and safe environments, individuals with complex needs can grow their communication, social and life skills in a vibrant, community-based setting.

Each of our homes is carefully designed and adapted to meet any additional needs including autism, sensory needs, complex behavioural needs or health concerns. Our dedicated and highly skilled staff use person-centred approaches and the latest assistive technologies to make the world more predictable and less stressful for the people we support.
